Richard is a Certified Surgical Technologist with Aurora Summit in Oconomowoc, WI. He preps and organizes all of the surgical instruments before an operation so when the surgeon calls “scalpel”, he can quickly hand off a sterilized scalpel. Assisting with up to 10 surgeries a day, Richard has a demanding and fulfilling career!
