The Shippensburg University Raider Career Ready Program (RCR) is an innovative initiative designed to guide students through a comprehensive journey of professional and personal development throughout their college experience. Tailored specifically for this pilot group, the program is structured to present new challenges and opportunities each year, strategically aligned to foster the development of the 8 National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career competencies.
At its core, the Raider Career Ready Program is built upon the recognition that successful career readiness encompasses a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and experiences. Through a series of curated activities, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities, students are empowered to navigate their academic and professional journey with clarity and confidence.
