This paid internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, digital communications, event promotion, and member engagement within a private club environment. Working directly with our administrative team, the intern will contribute meaningful, published work while learning how multiple departments work together to create an exceptional member experience.
What You’ll Learn & Work On
• Plan and draft social media content highlighting club life, events, and programs.
• Capture and organize photo and short-form video content.
• Support the design of member-facing graphics and flyers.
• Assist with member email communications and newsletters.
• Maintain a content calendar and track engagement.
• Promote aquatics, racquet sports, camps, social events, dining specials, and seasonal initiatives.
• Photograph and document tournaments, family events, and youth programming.
• Collaborate with Aquatics, Racquet Sports, Food & Beverage, Membership, and Administration teams.
• Participate in brainstorming new events, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.
